Localization just got simpler

Localization has always been possible in The Studio—but it wasn't exactly pleasant.

You could create separate versions of a page for each language, but that meant managing updates across multiple places. Change the layout? You'd need to update every locale manually.

As of today, that changes.

What's new:

  • Shared structure, localized content — Layouts stay synced across languages while text and media adapt per locale

  • Translation status tracking — See which pages are fully translated and which need attention

  • Locale preview — Switch between languages instantly without leaving edit mode

  • Fallback behavior — If a translation isn't ready, the system automatically shows the default language

Who this is for:

Teams expanding into new markets, supporting global customers, or managing region-specific content. If you've ever copied a page just to change the language, this update is for you.

What's still coming:

We're working on integration with translation services so you can send content for translation directly from The Studio. That's planned for Q1.
